Remember Hurricane Sandy? That certainly took me (and many of my family, friends and colleagues) off my game for awhile. I live on the Jersey Shore and I still see the devastation daily- even 6 months later. But with spring comes change and new life and new energies! My town is rebuilding and that is good!
Of course with Sandy’s effects so widespread in this area, my in-person private practice slowed. Makes sense though- we were all struggling to just get back on our feet- some more literally than others. But the time gave me a chance to reflect and refocus and of course, pour much needed energies into other efforts, primarily endeavors involving the Online Therapy Institute.
So now with spring here and a a chance to re-evaluate, I have decided to move my office to a bigger space located in the same building. I can continue to see individual clients AND I can conduct workshops for 6-8 people through Online Therapy Institute, offering professional development and continuing education hours.
I am wondering what my coaching and therapy professional peers want to learn about? And do you prefer full-day 5-6 hour trainings or shorter 90 min-2 hour lunch-n-learns?
Here are some topics at the ready:

That’s just off the top of my head… would love feedback!
